Reimbursement/Mileage Change:

Please note, due to the changes in the state comptroller's website (they no longer provide the mileage chart) Clerks must print off point to point mileage as calculated on mapquest and attach it to the reimbursement form. The origin city must be the Court's address, not the residence of the Clerk.
